Ashlyn Eades

LMHCA (InTraining)

Children, Adolescents, Adults

I am currently a Mental Health Counseling student at the University of Indianapolis and plan to graduate in May of 2020. I have worked with a wide range of Mental Health issues in children, adolescents, and their family, as well as adults. I have experience in individual and group counseling. I have facilitated groups on many topics such as coping skills, anger, emotions, etc. I enjoy working with people from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures. My primary approaches to counseling are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Trauma informed counseling but also believe in meeting clients where they are and collaborating with clients in their therapy. It is important to me to provide a safe and confidential space for all clients to build a positive, therapeutic relationship.
